Each Business Unit can rely on a dedicated Sales & Marketing Team (Sales & Marketing Manager, Area Manager, Product Manager, Field Product Manager, Clinical Specialist, Salesmen, Sudbdealers) with indipendent organisation and promotional activity but with a common Service platform.

Medival Quality System complies with UNI EN ISO 13485 Standard. The bar code system guarantees the tracing of all lots and makes the after-sales surveillance effective.The stored products are checked to ensure their integrity.
Products are stocked in a controlled environment. The Regulatory Affairs Department closely works with our suppliers to ensure the correct registration of Medical Devices in the Italian Ministry of Health Database System.

Our preference is given to innovation, new techniques and new concepts, to products that in the long run offer real advantages and the best costs/benefits ratio.

Education is the essential tool to make our knowledge grow and as a consequence to improve our perfomance.
First of all, we train our staff to reach the highest expertise level and to offer our customers the most competent and qualified support.
In addition to it, to assure our technology is correctly used, Clinical Specialists, Field Product Managers and Salesmen organise training and in-service activities to make a customer confident with a device use.

Medival medical education

We help our customers improve their professional and personal skills in their day-to-day work and organise professional training and educational events for healthcare workers, also in the Convention room at our facilities.

European Medical Device Distributors Alliance
Medival is the Italian member of EMDDA (European Medical Device Distributors Alliance). Medical device manufacturers interested in the main EU markets can meet EMDDA European members during exclusive meetings where they can present their products and meet a group of potential distributors at one time, saving in time and expense. EMDDA offers medical device manufacturers the opportunity to find the right partners and to have distribution agreements signed in Europe.
